Miss Laurie has been a part of Little One’s Children’s Center since the very beginning, working alongside her mother-in-law when the center opened in 1982. With over 40 years of experience in early childhood education, she has dedicated her career to creating a warm, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow.

Her passion for working with kids started in high school and led her to pursue the necessary ECE education and training to support young learners. In addition to her work at Little One’s, Laurie homeschooled her own two children through high school, giving her a deep understanding of individualized learning and child development.

Originally from Sonoma County, Laurie has been married for 44 years and is a proud mom, grandma to two wonderful grandchildren, and a devoted dog mom. Outside of work, she loves animals, camping, and spending time with her family. Her love for children and commitment to their growth make her an invaluable part of the Little One’s family!
